Igor Torbakov

Igor Torbakov is a Senior Fellow at the Institute for Russian and Eurasian Studies at Uppsala University, Sweden. A trained historian, he specializes in Russian and Eurasian history and politics.He held visiting fellowships at the Woodrow Wilson International Center for Scholars, Columbia University, Harvard University, Swedish Collegium for Advanced Study, Finnish Institute of International Affairs, German Council on Foreign Relations, Södertörn University, Swedish Institute of International Affairs, and Swedish Research Institute in Istanbul.
