Dimitris Tsarouhas, PhD, is Visiting Associate Professor at the Department of Political Science, Virginia Tech, and Associate Professor at the Department of International Relations, Bilkent University, Turkey. He is a Non-Resident Senior Research Fellow at the Hellenic Foundation for European and Foreign Policy (ELIAMEP), a Scientific Council Member of the Foundation for European Progressive Studies (FEPS) in Brussels, and a Core Faculty of Virginia Tech’s Center for European Union and Transatlantic Relations (CEUTTSS).
