Ambassador (retired) Bozkurt Aran is the Director of Multilateral Trade Studies at The Economic Policy Research Foundation (TEPAV) in Ankara, Turkey; former Permanent Representative of Turkey to the World Trade Organization, UNESCO; and former Ambassador of Turkey to Pakistan (1998-2000) and to the Islamic Republic of Iran (2004-2006).
